This movie features Emma Roberts who plays a women named Sloane, someone who’s sick of feeling lonely for the holidays. She dreads each family event as they won’t let it go that she’s always been single and approaching her thirties now. She eventually meets an Australian man dealing with similar feelings of frustration so they decide to be each others holidates. Being each others date for each holiday and that only. Except the guy, Jackson, doubts that he is good enough for Sloane which leads to problems and a flight at Sloanes brothers wedding.
I love this movie, my initial thoughts were that it was christmas only based on the picture but it goes through each holiday which not many movies do which is nice. The couple in it is adorable and it felt very relatable as I also am one of the only single ones in my family, always getting asked where my non existent boyfriend is.
