“Leap Year” was boring… I wanted to like this movie so bad because everybody I talked to and every TikTok I saw told me I would love it. But it has SUCH a slow start. Sure the ending was cute and the guy who played Declan had charm, but overall I didn’t feel a true connection between the characters and I didn’t really like, Anna, the main character.
“Stay The Night”… was painful to watch. Once again this was a movie that I wanted to love because so many people told me that they did. But both the main characters made me cringe so hard. It wasn’t even because of it being cheesy (I can handle a cheesy movie, sometimes I like them more because they make me laugh) but this movie was simply cringey and I got irritated watching it. The storyline is sweet but I felt zero chemistry between the love interests, it was so forced.
What do you think? Am I right or just being a hater that these movies are terrible?
